Asked for mid fade, given me a high fade which will take months to sort out, also ruined my beard, had to ask him to even the bottom out, didn't even ...line the top up, will have to go elsewhere to sort this, genuinley mortified, Barber was aware i was gutted with the cut. Didn't seem he could care less To your response, An experienced Barber should know the difference between a mid fade and a high fade as an apparent experienced Barber he should have been able to work from the last cut it was only cut 2 weeks previous, having to point out the bottom off my beard was completely wonky is a first for me, I've had a beard for over ten years. You thinking that haircut was acceptable speaks volumes of the shops quality, i'll advise others to avoid Show more

The barber that did your hair (Julian) is the most genuine,polite,kind human being that you would come across. The only thing that might let him down in his criteria is that he is a bit shy. He spent an hour going over and over, trying his best to give you exactly what you wanted/asked for, and can promise you that he cares deeply about his work and his clients. As an experienced barber, I thought both your haircut and beard trim looked fantastic. Now that said, it is not to say that was exactly what you wanted/described. Sometimes, ones description and barber's/ hairdresser's understanding of your description can be misunderstood/misinterpreted and lead to an unsatisfactory end result. Once again,we are really sorry that you felt/feel that way, and if you wish to contact us either in person, phone, email or message via social media sites we would be more than happy to help.
