Most recently she has worked on my neck and traps. She also did an hours session of manual lymphatic drainage. The difference i have felt in the last 24 hours is insane.. less bloated and swollen. I received a deep tissue massage treatment today from Jo and I can honestly say I haven't felt this good in years. Ive suffered from chronic back prob...lems for well over four years now which has incapacitated me on and off during that time. One of my friends recommended Jo to me and Ive just had fourth session since January just this afternoon and I must say i feel fantastic, refreshed and finally pain free.
