Rebooked for the 3rd time with Jo and hands down, she's absolutely the best. I was suffering from constant lower back pain for the past year from havi...ng epidural at birth. I've had massages from different therapists over time to help relieve the pain but never succeeded until now. Last time I visited Jo she took my massage virginity. That was several years ago when she sorted my back pain with a sports massage. In between now an...d then she has also worked on my wife’s back. I have problems with tight calf muscles and after several months of pain, decided a visit to Jo was necessary. The only thing that had changed was the location. Amazing from start to finish. Jo worked exceptionally well on my body, releasing my tensions, making me feel a new woman and a whole lot lighter. She ...looked after me and ensured the pressure was ok throughout the treatment. When Jo told me that her massages were 'bespoke', she definitely delivered. Jo is a wonderful, wonderful human!!! She is gifted and talented and i cannot thank her enough for always fixing me when i feel broken! She knows exac...tly what i need by just looking at me!!! Most recently she has worked on my neck and traps. She also did an hours session of manual lymphatic drainage. The difference i have felt in the last 24 hours is insane.. less bloated and swollen. I received a deep tissue massage treatment today from Jo and I can honestly say I haven't felt this good in years. Ive suffered from chronic back prob...lems for well over four years now which has incapacitated me on and off during that time.
