Hi there, we do apologise for your negative experience with us. Just to clarify though, the image that was shown by yourself to our barber was a buzz cut with a skin fade, these cuts are not usually done with scissors on top, as our barber explained to you & talked you through what he was going to do when you was in the chair, where you would’ve had enough time to state that you usually get a scissor cut on top. He originally used a long grade & you specified you wanted it shorter a couple of times & didn’t want a fringe. You also seemed very happy when leaving. If this was not the case, we can only apologise again for your negative experience.
