I'm sorry you feel that way. But the facts are this, you came in 15 minutes for your appointment when I said over the phone anything longer than 5/10 minutes wouldn't be possible for me due to the high volume of bookings that I already had booked in... I never said that I couldn't cut your sons hair. You simply walked out when I reminded you that you were 15 minutes late when you said you'd be no more than 5.. Have a great day 😀
