Hi, I’m suprised by this review as I clearly stated that I was running 15 minutes behind as soon as you arrived, you then told me you were too busy and didn’t have time, I’m sorry sometimes we do run behind because of our busy schedule I did apologise on the day , may I also add you had a booking two days previous to this appointment that you didn’t turn up to, thank you for your feedback 👍
