I’ve been coming to Jefe’s since moving to Manchester last October, but they've gone from promising to frustrating. Bookings here seem to be more of a... suggestion than a commitment and I’ve had multiple 30+ minute waits as well as a no-show. My most recent visit was my tipping point. My 11:00 appointment with Antoin Fletcher was pushed back to 11:35 with just five minutes’ notice. Additionally, the shop felt more like a petting zoo than a barbers. A restless dog was running around, biting at me and others and even ripped holes in my shirt. There’s no visible pet policy and no attempt was made by any of the staff to control it. The barber eventually arrived over 30 minutes later, strolled in without urgency and didn’t apologise for the delay. The haircut was fine, but the professionalism was non-existent. Only when I questioned paying full price did a manager step in to smooth things over. If you want a reliable, professional barbershop where your bookings and time are respected, this isn’t it.
