Waited nearly half an hour after the appointment time, they changed my appointment on Booksy while I was in there. Not given the cut I asked for and h...ad to leave with it uneven at the sides and unfinished at the back. I do have sympathy with it being an apprentice but nobody stepped in to help during the time (well over an hour) I was there. Show more
