Full Brazilian WAX Thread & Tint

If I could put 0 I would. I had an appointment (that I paid a deposit for) at 9am and receive a confirmation text at 8:30ish I was already on the way ...to the appointment (I live an hour from the location I was given) I got to the location and realized I didn’t have a suite number for where I was supposed to go. I called SIX TIMES and left messages asking where to go. I also texted her as well. NO RESPONSE!!! After 30 mins of no contact I finally found where to go because I search her instagram and found a post from MAY!!!! And went to the suite and the girls there didn’t even open till 10am again my appointment was at 9am and none of them KNEW OF HER OR KNEW WHO SHE WAS except the owner WHO WAS NOT THERE. I left at 9:50! I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited FIVE DAYS for any kind of contact for an apology or explanation but GOT NOTHING! I WILL NOT BE SCHEDULING HERE AGAIN BECAUSE THIS IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL ! UPDATE WITH PHOTOS! Because you finally answer because I left a review 1. I got one text 2. I responded 3.yes I changed it multiple times BECAUSE I HAD A FAMILY EMERGENCY so no respect 4. Hello Sam So Sorry you’re upset . But when any business sends out a confirmation text the best thing to do is confirm the appointment . I sent two text to confirm your READ RECEIPTS are on I saw you saw it you just decided that it wasn't important to respond because you changed your appointment 3 different times on completely different days at completely different times. I have always strive to be the best & being on time for all my clients so when I have received 5 stars numerous times and returning clients multiple times as well & to see this makes me think who is the problem who can’t commit to a time and date Well Sam everything happens for a reason I wish you the BEST 2025 😘
