I had a positive experience with the customer service at the salon and found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. However, I believe there wer...e some areas for improvement with my hair cut and blow dry experience. Therefore, I have given a 3-star rating. In the future, I suggest that stylists ask clients if they would like texturizing scissors to be used, especially if the client has expressed concerns about hair loss and damage. In my case, I was not completely satisfied with the result as it made my hair look thinner and uneven in length, I have never used texturizing scissors on my hair, it is not for everyone. Additionally, I should have booked someone with experience in blowdrying curly/wavy hair to achieve the volume and look I desired. The blowout I received did not meet my expectations, leaving my hair frizzy and the ends straight with no definition or style. Despite efforts to improve the frizz with oil, it only made my hair look worse. When I noticed she was using the texturizing scissors it was already too late to say anything as she used it after the “blow out” it didn’t give me time to say anything since she was rushing to get to her other client. I had to go to another salon down 37ave to have the oil washed out and the blowout redone. Considering what I paid for the blow out and haircut it wasn’t worth the price. Show more

Over all an amazing experience from any salon I’ve been to. Super friendly staff, siempre me preguntaba si necesitaba agua o otros refrescos. Antonia ...was my hair stylist, she went above and beyond explaining the process and reasons as to why she was or wasn’t doing certain things.
