I appreciated the effort with the design. It was a novice attempt of what I asked for but it was cute so I wasn’t upset. What makes me leave a 3 star ...review is that I was supposed to get a gel overlay that’s meant to strengthen and harden my nails but my nails are so weak and bendy now. I have had 3 different breaks in my nails and tried to reach out to the establishment and was left on read. I wanted to give it another opportunity and maybe even try a different technician but being left on read just sealed it for me. Show more

I have been coming here for a year and the nail techs have been great. They just raised the price from $60 to $80 for a mani, which is a steep increas...e but I thought it was still worth it. However, last week I got a mani and 2 days later it started peeling. Not a big deal as it’s never happened before, so I messaged them on IG (which is the only way to contact them) and after 2 days of no response they offered to add another top coat for $15. This wouldn’t fix the peeling, just stop it from happening further. I am frustrated as this is a very expensive mani and really bad customer service to a loyal customer. That paired with the price increase is just not worth it to me. If you’re going to charge that much you’ve got to back it up with quality/customer service. Show more
