As someone who works in a hospital, I am required to have short, bare nails for work and therefore had very little prior knowledge or experience of ha...ving my nails done. Julia, came to our aid at very short notice following a negative experience whilst having our nails done in advance of our holiday, at a local nail salon. Julia was extremely kind, knowledgeable, professional and skilled in her efforts to help remove mine and my 2 daughters’ acrylic nails before our return to school and work. Her manner with myself and my children instantly put us at ease. She showed real care and patience in removing the nails to minimise the risk of any damage and provided expert advice as to what she would recommend as alternative options for the future. We will definitely be contacting Julia again when we decide to have nails done for special events in the future. Now that my daughters are growing up, it is great to know we can contact someone who we can trust to do a great job whilst maintaining the health of our nails. Many thanks again Julia!
