Hi Natalie - thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your experience at House of Kennedy. This has been passed onto the Team and I wanted to explain the situation regarding the toilets and apologise for them not been upto standard on this occasion. We have been saving for a new vanity unit to replace the sink as it cannot be reattached to the existing plasterboard and we wanted to improve the area to make it a nicer place to be. I have also ensured the staff for regular checks in relation to cleanliness so we have taken you feedback onboard and actioned the points for improvement. It’s a challenging time for our industry so we thank you for visiting and we hope to see you again soon. Thanks Kieren Kennedy
