Had my hair done with Demi and she smashes it every time! The colour is exactly what I asked for! She explained the whole process every step of the wa...y and answered all my silly questions without making me feel uncomfortable. Even when I wasn’t 100% sure how I wanted my hair cutting she gave me time to think and helped me with what would look best for me! Hi, after reading this I am so sorry you have left the salon feeling this way. Addressing the review about the hair cut with liv this was amended by a free cut and blow dry to resurrect this at the time. With the colour I can understand that you are unhappy with the final product as it’s not what you imagined. Could you please get in contact with the salon so we can fix this as we never want to make a client feel unwelcome.

First time to this salon and I wasn’t disappointed. It was quite lively but as I wanted to sit quietly due to anxiety, Demi put me at my ease and resp...ected this and just checked in on me from time to time. I arrived with hair that desperately needed a good cut, highlights refreshing and to feel good about myself when I left and that’s exactly what I got.
