Saw Demi advertising for models on Facebook and took the opportunity to finally get the balayage that I always wanted. I was so nervous for how it wou...ld turn out, and I was also nervous about attending a new salon with a new stylist but oh my gosh there was no need to be! From the minute I walked into the salon the nail lady Jessica let me know Demi was on her way and then when Demi arrived she was so so lovely. All the staff including Dani who was doing someone else’s hair were so warm and friendly and chatty. I felt so at ease the whole time. I was talked through the process and offered a hot drink etc. and my hair, she absolutely smashed it. I genuinely finally feel like myself and when she showed me the after pictures I could genuinely have cried with how happy I was at the results, it’s the warm colour I have always wanted. Had my hair done with Demi and she smashes it every time! The colour is exactly what I asked for! She explained the whole process every step of the wa...y and answered all my silly questions without making me feel uncomfortable. Even when I wasn’t 100% sure how I wanted my hair cutting she gave me time to think and helped me with what would look best for me!
