Turned up for my appointment to the shutters down and a sign saying wouldn’t be back until over an hour after my appointment! No message or call to le...t me know. * the cheek of that response! I did leave a 5 star review back in Jan actually, when I tried you again after not coming for years (after previous bad experiences with ex staff.) The review I left this time was accurate to the experience! A tip for future - try apologising and politely asking to take the bad review down in exchange for a discount or something instead of having a go. I would have gladly removed with an apology and explanation as you and Pete have been good but with that attitude it can stay and I won’t be back Show more

Hi Charlie , for some reason the appointment is not showing up on are side ! But to leave a 1 star review after all the years you have been coming to us is pretty sad, especially when you have never left 1 good review for the what must of been great haircuts for you seen an as you have been coming for so long . So a 1 star for something like out of the ordinary for us and for a small buisness that’s given you years of good customer service I would say is a little harsh . You have also just ruined our full house of 5 stars for over 10 years so thanks for that .
