I never ever leave a bad review for anywhere, but i was so disappointed with the results of my appointment I felt like I had to. I paid £135 for a fu...ll head of highlights, toner and olaplex treatment. I discussed with the girl doing my hair that I really just wanted a nice creamy natural blonde and desperately wanted to stay away from white/ashy tones because I hate the way they look on me. I also told her that my hair takes really well to bleach and lightens very quickly. Firstly, I had nowhere near enough foils in my hair to class the treatment as a full head. Almost the entirety of the under section of my hair was left out of foils. The hairstylist I had had booked another client to work with simultaneously to me, which of course would have been fine had it not meant my foils were left in my hair for 2.5 hours. She had told me she would leave a creamy toner on my hair at the sink to create the colour i wanted. She didn’t. She then blowdried my hair but didn’t style it in anyway. I’ve been getting highlights in my hair for 9 years and I have never left a salon without having my hair styled afterward and this has never been an add on within pricing before either. To top it all off, as soon as I walked out of the salon I noticed my hair already looked like it had 2-3 weeks root growth. I genuinely am so relaxed about my hair, I am usually completely open to trying new salons becauseI was under the impression highlights are quite tricky to get wrong, especially when given a full description of my preferences. Both photos were taken day of appointment. The second taken in the uber straight after, and the second after I spent another £20 on a toner to try and fix the colour.
