⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had my first ever lymphatic drainage massage with Body Sculpt EMS today at Blissful Bodyworks, and I honestly loved it. I have Hashimoto's Autoimmune Condition, so I struggle with inflammation and fluid retention, especially around my stomach. Claire took the time to explain everything she was doing and how the treatment could help support my lymphatic system, which made me feel completely at ease. She was so lovely, knowledgeable and bubbly, and I didn't feel self-conscious for a single second. I walked out feeling amazing and have already booked more sessions. I had the fat freezing process done . I was worried about the process, and Alex completely reassured me, and explained the effects and aftercare. The process itself is uncomfortable, but by no means painful, and I was sore for a few days afterwards. It is too early to see any results, but I now would not hesitate to book in again for another session.

Harriett is brilliant, so friendly and easy to talk to. Time flies when I'm there and I really enjoy my treatment. It really is beginning to work as well !
