Had a loc start up scheduled for 1pm and 4 minutes before my appointment I was asked to come at 2 instead. I obliged and was waiting on the salon couc...h for 3 hours before she was ready to even begin my hair. Yes, 3 whole hours…. the appointment isn’t even supposed to be longer than 2 1/2 hrs in total. I decided to not work with someone who so blatantly disrespected my time. Instead I went to the beauty supply and braided my own hair; This was my first time going to a professional in a long time and it really sealed the deal. I can do my own hair from here on out. If I could rate my experience a 10, I would gladly do it. I contacted Chrystal by phone and she was extremely helpful. While she was unable to fit me ...into her schedule, she recommended Ronni who works with at the salon. Ronni, Chrystal and the “Mamma of the salon” are awesome! When I arrived both Ronni and Chrystal welcomed me and I felt immediately at home, as I would with my family. The salon is beautiful, airy, nicely decorated and welcoming. It took me an hour to get there, but it was absolutely worth the trip. Ronni is not only an expert hair stylist, she is very passionate about about hair and cares deeply about her clients. She safely removed my sew-in, gave me a deep conditioning, and installed a new unit (which I bought from Chrystal). I am super in love with this unit, and am so happy I was able to purchase it before my appointment. Thanks Chrystal! Ronni was very meticulous and paid attention to the smallest details to make sure I was happy with every step of the service. She asked me what my hair goals are, how do I want to maintain my hair and she explained how she will help me to achieve this. I am beyond happy with my experience and my hair!!! And I feel extremely blessed because I have found my forever stylist and a fabulous salon. Show more
