this was my first time at this salon and i have not felt more comfortable in a salon setting than i was here. Kina was wonderful and so kind. i needed... a matting/detangling and was very embarrassed with how bad i had let my hair get but there was absolutely no judgement from Kina. i had kind of already given up on my hair (after being natural for ~12yrs) by the time i booked with Kina and decided i’d just go back to relaxers. by the time i left her shop, that plan had gone out the window! she made me remember why i went natural in the first place. the overall energy and vibes from the people in the shop were just amazing. i’ve been looking far and wide for so long for a place i can feel comfortable with trusting someone to care for my hair and it seems like i found it 💜
