I loved how she did my hair the first time, which prompted me to come back. I specifically came to her because I felt she wouldn’t let me down, And sa...dly she did. I paid extra for the “invisible part” and that’s what I’m unsatisfied with. I didn’t see it in the chair, I only saw how she styled it, and from what I saw I loved it! Until my boyfriend asked me “is that supposed to be your scalp?because it doesn’t match” he took pictures and showed my then I went to the bathroom to look and I literally screamed. It looked horrible. The atmosphere was good as usual she makes really good conversation and she even gave me a little goodie bag this time, but as far as my hair I’ll have to try to retouch it or something, because I feel so insecure. I won’t justify the part , all I will say is my apologies that you didn’t see me as a person you could call to fix the issue you weren’t satisfied with. My apologies that you feel insecure,had you let me know, I could’ve made it right because my Name stands on it .. but I will admit that I was trying to get you in and out so that you could get to your sick baby
