    Cancellation Policy

    This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellatio...n fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied. The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.

    Late arrival & cancellation policy

    There is a 15 min grace period for all scheduled appointments. After 15 mins it’s a $25 late fee applied to th...e service or next appointment if it is canceled. Once 30 mins have past, your appointment will be canceled and charged as a no show fee. Please get prior approval to be late. Being late will cause my schedule to get behind for other guests and affecting my personal schedule. I do understand there may be times to be late because it may happen with me, but please contact me. Habitual late arrivals will result in no longer being able to make an appointment with me.
