Hi there, we do apologise you’re not happy with the final outcome of your visit. We strive to make sure every client is happy when leaving the shop. Sometimes the desired cut does take a couple visits due to needing more hair growth from the previous style. Joel is a very talented and experienced barber and most likely realised your hair wasn’t ready for the requested style yet (“work in progress”).
