I’ve spoken to Ryan and he assured me that he did go through the different styles with you multiple times and checked throughout the haircut if it was looking okay. If you’re wanting to change the style we’d be more than happy to do this as a gesture of good will. As for his chattiness, believe it or not he’s probably our most talkative barber as you can tell by his other reviews. He was at a friends funeral the day before, and wasn’t quite himself. We apologise again, we are only human ❤️

So if I may address your comment about our towels. After a lot of research we moved from real towels to these eco friendly towels during the times we were allowed to open during the pandemic. The towels we use are 100% biodegradable and completely eco-friendly. They are crafted from 100% natural, wood fibres. This ensures they decompose naturally, leaving no harmful residues or microplastics behind. They are designed to biodegrade in 100 days, which is the same timeframe as orange peel. In addition they save water and electricity as we are no longer constantly using the washing machine and dryer to launder towels.
