I’d never come back again. I was quite clear in what I wanted. I said I like the length of my beard as it is and don’t want to go much shorter and jus...t want it to be shaped. And instead they completely shortened the length down to like 5% of what it originally was. I’m really upset and annoyed. As I was laid back on the chair I had no idea this is what he was doing until it was too late. Not like they can glue the hair back on. Show more

Terrible, ruined my hair. Firstly, the barbers argued over who would cut my hair (even though I’d asked in my booking for Jay - he didn’t cut my hair ...in the end). The cut itself felt rushed and aggressive and was done without even combing or wetting my hair. The scissor cut on the top was a blunt and dry cut so I lost all the texture I previously had. Definitely not worth £25 and absolutely won't be returning. Show more
