Terrible experience. I had an appointment at 9:30 am. She rescheduled for 4:30, when i got there I was sitting in the lobby for 2 HOURS before i final...ly asked how much longer she was going to take. No customer service, definitely would not recommend to anyone. Show more

Very pleasant experience. I have so many great things to say. She was punctual and I was greeted at the door. She is detailed and made sure my parts a...re snatched! The energy in the room was pleasant. This is important to me especially if I’m a new client. The location of the shop is also very convenient with hassle-free parking. Many near by stores and shops close by for pre and post appointment novelty shopping. I will definitely be back! Show more
