I had a great experience. Not only could I book online (with a quick confirmation time), but the atmosphere was wonderful and the service was awesome. I have gone to many different salons in the Lake Nona/St Cloud area, and this is the one I’m going ...to come back to again and again.

I had a good experience at Lee Nails. But, either the prices on Booksy are wrong or I got ripped off. There are no prices posted in this place - it made me feel awkward to ask, since the reception doesn’t handle billing. I thought a full set was 30 a...nd was charged 45. However, I did have gel full set. On yelp, the pre-printed price shown is 30, as well as Booksy. Maybe I’m wrong or prices - but it’s the most I have paid in this state. They guy who did my nails didn’t offer me the complimentary drink with my 37 pedicure or give a hand massage as posted all over the place. So I tipped on that 45+37 price and it’s pricier than many other places in this area. After I left, I noticed small splotches of color on my hands. But, my nails look good.

I was looking for a nail salon here in Lake Nona, came across them and haven’t gone elsewhere since. I always go to Kelly and she does a great job every single time. Definitely recommended!...

Today I visited for the first time. Facilities are clean and cozy. All the staff and clients wearing face masks. I liked my pedi and liquid gel full set very much...

Atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. The lighting is soft and the massage chairs are awesome. Linda is very friendly and superb! Great time!...

Didn’t do good with nail paint job whatsoever and barely do anything for what’s supposed to be a massage. Over priced for bad quality....

This was my first time going to a lee nails and the first time at creekside . This new salon just open not to long ago! I was very disappointed , since they just opened you would think they would have more staff on . I booked an appointment for a Tue...sday 530 pm with whoever was available . Got there and waited and waited. The male tech which I think was the manager , was looking for a 6 pm appt and I said I had a 530 and he was going to take the 6 pm appt first and I told him 530 is before 6 and he walked away then came back about 10 minutes later and got me. Very poor customer service , did not acknowledge theIR customers. While I Waited 4 others walked out . Would not go back and do not recommend this place .
