First let me say thank you for your review. I am however regretful that I was unable to fully meet your expectations. I’ve always tried to provide complete satisfaction to all my clients before they leave my chair so it saddens me when I saw your review. At the end of your service you expressed how satisfied your were with your toes and even stated that when you return you’d like for me to use the acrylic that I currently have on my toes on yours. I am deeply saddened that you weren’t satisfied with the outcome, however the fact that you didn’t state how you felt about the service at that time, or even send a message after there’s no way I could have corrected it. You also watched every step i took when doing your acrylic toes so if something wasn’t up to your liking you could have said something. You stated that I’m a “very nice woman” so you could have communicated your issues before I completed your services. As it relates to the pedicure, thats how I specifically do my basic pedicures and I apologize if it wasn’t up to your standards. Regardless I am still thankful that you took the time out to leave a review. I will continue to work hard to provide the best possible service, as well as pleasing clients.
