They were very rude, I had gotten lost and so I was late, I understand that was on me, but then she proceeded to speak very loudly to another client a...bout how that client came from such a long way and still “happened to make it on time” and I felt that was very uncalled for and very unprofessional, I was late because I was lost and I don’t know the area, when explaining this I was met with a rude “ you were only 3 minutes away it shouldn’t have taken you that long” but again how was I supposed to know that I was using my gps to help me find her and it kept re-routing me. I apologized for being late and I understand how that can mess up your rudeness and unprofessionalism were uncalled for. I even called informing them that I was lost and unsure of where I was and where to go. Show more

The appointment, has a courtesy we decided to do your hair, but at the end, you did not talk about the great service you had received, you are talking about the other Stylis who was talking to her client you take what she said and run with it and do a bad review? but thank you.

The stylist was great but the booking portion was horrible. They do not tell you on their booking page that you need to come washed, blow dried and pr...essed out. So it added on extra fees. I even messaged the owner before my appointment to ask and got no response. My $75 ponytail ended up being $160. I think the business should do a better job of letting the customer know ahead of time because I could have easily straightened my own hair. Nothing against the stylist she did good Show more
