I had an excellent sports massage with Joe. He was extremely professional, courteous and provided an outstanding service. He quickly identified the issues with my shoulder and glutes and worked on them thoroughly, making a noticeable difference. I would highly recommend Joe, He clearly knows what he is doing, takes the time to understand the problem and genuinely cares about getting the best results. I’ll definitely be going back.

I’ve been working with Dec for several years now. Over that time I’ve had sports massage, cupping, PNF stretching and movement assessments, and he’s also guided me through a rehab plan for hamstring tendinopathy. He’s one of the most knowledgeable people I know when it comes to movement, training and rehab. He doesn’t just treat the bit that hurts—he takes the time to understand what’s going on behind it, then explains it in a way that makes sense and fits around your training and day-to-day life. Dec makes you feel comfortable and always goes above and beyond to help. As a competitive lifter, being able to keep training and moving well is crucial for me, and he’s made a real difference. I’d recommend him to anyone—whether you’re an athlete, train regularly, or just want to move and feel better.

Really great massage, especially for recovery. I’d been feeling quite tight and sore beforehand and could feel a massive difference afterwards. Really good pressure, worked on the areas that needed it and I left feeling much looser and more mobile. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Came to Sam to get a sports massage due to injury. I had never had one before but Sam made me feel comfortable right away, explaining everything he was doing and why. My back neck and shoulders feel a lot less stiff with less pain off the bat, looking forward to seeing how they feel over the next few days. Great to be able to get in on a Sunday as well. Alex is brilliant at his job maes you feel comfortable and he can get to the core of the problem. I have been suffering extreme head and facial paralysis and I get Alex to do a sports massage on me concentrating on my shoulders and neck it has helped greatly . I would highly recommend him to anyone

I have been seeing Natalie regularly for a number of years for sports massage. She is friendly, knowledgeable and will always help with a particular problem and suggest exercises that would help. Her prices are very reasonable for the services and I would highly recommend her.
