I’ve never known anyone to text you at 10:39 asking you to come at 11 instead of 11:30 bc of their poor planning and then rush through your hair. She ...did not use a wide toothed comb on my natural hair and it felt like she was more so ripping my hair at the root instead of starting at the ends like anyone who does even their own hair knows. What I wanted versus what I got is shown below. Braids are much bigger. I appreciate that she was nice & flexible in getting me the color I wanted but unprofessional in how she kept stopping my hair to go who knows where in the back, change music on the tv, or take calls. Would not recommend. Show more

Baby Girl Nothing I Did Yesterday Was NOT Unprofessional! I did not poorly plan my schedule. You walked in and i was sitting right there waiting on you. I ask you to come a little early because i was already done setting up and was ready. But that did not mean i Poorly planned my schedule. You came in 15 mins early i sat you in my chair and immediately started you hair. I throughly comb thru your hair with no problems . Not one time did you say anything. Even when i asked you are you ok. You said yes. Do you like your hair . You said yes. Is your hair tight. You said no. So please don’t come and lie on me. If you don’t like how i operate that’s completely understandable. But as you said i am a nice person and that’s me always . But what i won’t do is have you lie on me. You booked and your paid for SMEDIUM tribal braids and that’s what i gave you. The picture your expecting was small. And anyone who did your hair would have done exactly what i did. I apologize if your experience with me wasn’t what you expected but i did everything i was supose to do the right way.
