Custom Color Silk Press

This was my daughter's frist visit ever to a hair salon. Dezzie was amazing. However this was one of those right person wrong place type of situations.... There was a huge fight and authentication which lasted about an hour, that broke out in front of the shop, between the owners daughter and some other people. Which literally almost turns into a shoot out. We called the people multiple times however, they did not arrive until it was over. The owner of the shop was SO UNPROFESSIONAL! that she yelled at me and Dezzie assuming that we did nothing to help her daughter. (Reminder we were the ones that called the police) She pull her gun out in front of us and our children. It was a mess! Dezzie trys her best to diffused the situation and complete my daughter's hair. The owner comes back with lots of police to do a report, leaves and comes back after 2 hrs and apologies to us. Saying I thought y'all was trying to help my baby. Yeah, it was My daughter's first salon visit mommy daughter time and we will forever remember it this way. Dizzie did an amazing job and her son was the sweetest kid. She even apologized on the owners behalf of the owner. If Dezzie can do a home visit or find a different shop to work, because she so wroth it. DON'T GO THERE! The shop deserves zero stars but Dezzi deserve five. Show more

I do appreciate the review and thank you for the positive remarks however her shop has no affiliation with my booking process or my clients. I also do not advertise as a traveling stylist. That was something I agreed to only for you due to the experience. The owner did apologize and it was rectified. It’s never ok to instruct my clients to not come to my place of business.
