Booked a same day appointment that was available on the app. Checked in with the barber to see if it would be confirmed. Barber confirmed the appointm...ent and stated it would be extra for last minute confirmation and after hours. No problem. Confirmed for 6:15p. I drive 45 minutes to his location and arrive early at 5:30p to the location listed on the app and the same location I received services from the barber before. I text him and let him know I’m outside early if he finishes earlier. He responds and says he will let me know when to come in. At 6:42p he text me to say come inside in 5 minutes. I enter the location listed on the booking app and he is not inside. I text him is he still at the location on the site, to which he responds a completely different location that is 18 minutes away. As I get ready to head to the new location, he text and says he has his son’s game to attend at 8p. I respond and ask if that means he will be unable to cut me. Instead of responding, he completes the appointment through the app as if the appointment occurred and never responds or says anything via text. Very unprofessional Show more

I HAD 16 heads today can’t make everyone happy 😆 I am not a robot and do have 4 children , she decided to book Same day I decided not to charge her the RIGHT FEE AND GAVE A BETTER RATE. this could have been handled multiple ways… very unfortunate when clients turn their anger into bad reviews 🤯 there is a reason my rating is what it is 💫
