I’ve been to Deaja three times.. my prom, graduation, and my birthday. She did good for my prom and graduation but my experience for my birthday wasn’...t too good. after she installed it I noticed the lace was still showing but luckily my friend does hair and was able to correct the mistakes. Not only was the lace showing but the edges were too big for me to manage so I asked how much to cut the edges down so I could manage them and a few curls in the front and she tried to charge $50. As a customer paying you $180 fixing something I’m unhappy with shouldn’t be an issue.. especially on the day of my birthday💯. The lace was glued down too far back… it’s directly on top of my real hairline. In the picture I added, it’s lifting and you can see where my hair starts. After I voiced this to her I never received a response. It gave she was trying to cover the lace with edges. Not to mention all three times Igot my hair done I was recorded, but I never see these videos.. so what is it that I’m being recorded for?. I won’t be returning.. the first two experiences were ok tho. EDIT: the pictures weren’t to say the lace was bad it’s to show how it’s directly on top of my hairline further more you knew my concern was the edges because you even said that was $5 n I just wanted them smaller because you made them bigger than what I knew how to manage. The DAY OF the lace was showing on the side which I told you and you didn’t have anything to say about it. The photos you’re choosing to upload are not photos taken the day after your appointment. The review you’re leaving as well is for an appointment that took place on March 22. You texted me the next day(march23) letting me know you wanted to get your side burns fixed and then YOU proceeded to ask how much curls were because you had a photo shoot the next day(I’m assuming you wanted fresh curls) so the curls were going to be $40.if your only concern was truly just your side burns to be fixed that is very simple and an easy fix that I would’ve done for free. But that wasn't what you requested. You asked for curls as a service and said you wanted your side burns fixed because you hadn't taken your pictures yet. The last thing you texted me was “I’m still paying for stuff for my birthday so it’s coo boo thank you tho” of course I chose not to respond what is there to say. This all took place on March 23. Then suddenly on April 10th I received a review (that you edited on 3 separate occasions to add something new) and that same evening after leaving such a review you texted me telling me you were pissed and you chose to use profanity with me on multiple occasions on April 10th and also decided to threaten me.moving forward I would suggest you voice all of your concerns directly after your appointment and choose to communicate in a respectful manner. My business is my baby and I take pride in my work AND my professionalism. I hope moving forward you do as well have a great day❤️

This was my first time getting an install and from start to finish it was amazing. Deaja is such a sweetheart and very professional. You can tell she ...cares and takes pride in her craft. She washed, blow dried, and trimmed my hair. She gave suggestions and information on the condition of my scalp and future hair tips as well. Hey love I wish you had a better experience. I let you know during your service that your wig still smelled of bleach from when you colored it as if the bleach wasn’t rinsed thoroughly. Also I recommend you receive coloring services from a professional in the future to avoid damaging hair. With the hairs quality and you also coloring it yourself the curls unfortunately would t have lasted. You also texted me saying your lace lifted but didn’t send any photos when I asked, I also went as far as offering to come to you to fix your lace and you refused(still did not provide any photos) you also did not pay the remaining balance of your service Before this review was left. Moving forward I suggest investing in quality hair and receiving professional coloring services. Thank you for booking with hustle n Stylez

I got my hair done for my wedding and it turned out bad. The actual hair style was fine. But my lace is terrible and my knots are over bleached to the... point it looks like hair is missing in certain spots. Also, my lace was cut uneven making my hair line go diagonal which is really noticeable in pictures. One side is further back than the other and the back of my wig was up and my braids and cap were exposed. When she finished my hair she sprayed some black tint to cover the mistakes but that caused another problem because now my lace was black in places it shouldn’t have been. I had to go home and clean the black spray off my lace in the front and try to cover it with make up. I then had to sew my wig down in the back as well. This was for my WEDDING and it was not ok at all. I wouldn’t go here if you’re preparing for a big event. I’m honestly really sad and hurt this happened my $300 wig is trash now and now I have to get another style on such short notice. Show more

I truly apologize for your experience with hustle n Stylez I wish you would have reached out to me however as discussed at your appointment your wig was to small to fit over your locs and in order to make the wig fit we had to adjust it. When it comes to the black spray I am apologetic. At the end of every appointment I let all my clients take a look at their hair and let them know to reach out to me if they have any problems. In the future please reach out if you have any issues or concerns.❤️
