During this consultation you be able to learn the about SDO and what we offer. We also will go through your pe...rsonal goals and thoughts on your current fitness level. At the end of the consultation you will be given a full plan and product best suited for your goals.

Initial consultation and physical assessment

This is for a full week, you must book a minimum of 3 days. Select the first day and we can discuss your next ...sessions for the week. 6 days maximum you can also use this option to book days in advance for upcoming weeks as well.

Assessment and goal setting. You and a partner will train in one session. Session is currently discounted from... a normal rate of $35/ hr for an individual to $25 per individual.
