Join Rachel and Jacquelyn Saturday mornings at 9:00 am for a 45-minute cardio and weight interval training cir...cuit. These workouts are designed specifically for your level of fitness to maximize your time in the gym to burn calories. The format of a circuit class (spend a certain amount of time at each station) allows us to tailor each station to each person's ability and provide modifications. Unlike a typical group class where everyone is doing the same thing and you feel like others are watching how much weight you're using or how many reps you're performing, everyone is at a different station doing their own thing! This event is FREE but donations are appreciated!
